    That is sooooo true, you not only hear them coming a mile off, you have enough time to find a decent spot where you can take cover, pre-aim, and wait until they march into your crosshair, only to then be accused to hacking or camping.

    Most of the time limited skins only come up once, it's the scarcity of the item that gives it value, if you could get them anytime, then there would be no need to make a quick decision as to whether or not you want to get one and people end up buying skins based on a fear of missing out.
