    Purchased on Xbox live now being asked to buy again once I start?

    I just purchased CoD BO cold war on Xbox live. All now installed so I start it it, set up an Activision account as requested. However as soon as I hit A to start it wants me to buy it again! Any ideas how to fix this? Thanks
