    Bugged update/HILLCAT error?

    I am having the same exact issue years later (as of the most recent update on 6/11/24). PC/BattleNet version. BattleNet updated the game, I launched it, and instead of the usual “update requires restart” message I got stuck on “checking for update” until minutes later the HILLCAT error emerged...
