Buying prestiege weapons with your prestiege keys?

Why is there so few weapons to buy in Ptisteage Keys? There is like 5 there now, nothing i'll ever use anyways. where are these weapons coming from and how do you know when new things are coming etc.....

When did they add Blueprints?

They only ever had useless emblems and badges that offer no attack, movement or defence boosts when I looked at them so I've never spent mine.
