Isn't it against the ToS to sell accounts? Been seeing people on lobbies left and right talking about selling accounts. Considering many have absurd amounts of purchased gear and weaponry, wouldnt this be disingenuous? Would that not be an unfair advantage for the one looking to purchase ? While the rest of everyone else grind and participate in events to acquire certain weapons, gear, and operators

I think this has been an issue from as far back as World of Warcraft and maybe earlier.
What can the Devs do to stop someone from selling an account?
The best they could do is ban the account after the sale in which case the buyer becomes the victim and the seller cashes in on a game they no longer want to play. There is no way to effectively police this, we all have the right to change our email address for our account and we can all move to live in a new location so tracking by such changes won't work.
