Warzone how do i get the Ghost skin?

I've had modern warfare 2 campaign remastered for a year or so, and warzone since before Christmas. I don't have the ghost bundle. How do I get it. there is nothing in the store and the only thing for MW2 is the option to buy it. Obviously I don't want to do that, any ideas?
