Next Chapter Gaming (NCG) currently is a small group of people that concentrate more on the community aspect. We enjoy winning, but set out to have fun before anything. We are 21+, open to all platforms and games. We try to organize days that we, as a group, get together and game together. Our main rules are: Be Respectful, No prejudice, Help Out The Others, Have Fun. Joking around is gonna happen, but know when enough is enough. And don't take it too far.

Keep in Mind, I said FUN.. We like to win, but do not care about K/D or W/L.. We normally do pretty good on both, but some are not as skilled as others. We DO NOT leave them out in the cold. Sometimes our backs hurt from carrying folks, but that's part of a "community" aspect.

Completed the main part of our forum redesign. New theme is good to go and everything is functional. Still deciding on a Portal/Article system to have a place for our reviews, but our streams are up and going!

Thx. I am brand new to XF, so I didn't have a clue what I was getting into. Besides just reading stuff on xf.com there was really no way to plan anything. Couldn't do any trial and error without first spending the money to get the license. I have been working on the style and add-on since I first installed it, but just left the default style and Flat Awesome available while I was working on getting FA+ like I wanted.

But yes, It HAS come a long way!

I'm no coder, and I'm like you. But skins on xf are very vast in customization if you really pay attention. You see this skin? Minimal edits. Upload images, put it into the skin, and done. Not even vBulletin could do that. Even if you get a skin, you had to REALLY look for the location of the image where it can go. That's because vB4/5 was coded like it was done by a 15yr old. And the guys behind vB3 are the same ones doing xenForo now. The C.E.O of vB today hasn't utilized them very well.
