Waiting for relay/no connection

Hey guys! Just purchased this game first for my ps5. Was excited to play the zombies mod. But unfortunently i couldnt be able to join anything or start a solo misson.
All i got was waiting for relay popping up all the time. And when that was gone and i tried to start a game it was unable to join a lobby.
Watch videos on youtube how to fix and did all those steps. Then it worked for 1 game and then back to waiting for relay.....

And then i purchased the same crap on my pc, thinking that was not gonna be bugged. But to my luck it was the same thing going on. I have good internet connection and all that. Works for only 1 game everytime i restart my computer and then stops.

I need some help guys.. cant find any solution for my problems anywhere, just wanna refund the whole thing.

What is " i have good internet connection" for you? Give us some results/ numbers. How many people are with you on that connection? And what are they doing? Watching Youtube, streaming roku,..etc??

Well i have 500/500mb through cable. And its only me on the network

Ok, sorry did not see that. So you have issues on PS5 and PC. Do have any issues with other games?
What router do you use? What about the setup from the router? I feel like there is some setting in the router, which blogs the access for Bo6 to severs. Are you able to connect to multiplayer? Or warzone?

No its only with cod i have issues.. i use deco routers. I dont know what to change in settings or what is blocking cod..I have tried both multiplayer and zombies, not warzone
