Vanguard Campaign doesn't save

Need help. When i launch the campaign I am asked the usual questions to accpet licence etc etc and than start the campaign. When I exit game and launch game I am asked the same questions again and there is no saved game and have to restart.

If I play the game and exit to the campaign screen and click on the icon to load I receive an error "cannot resume checkpoint from this device"

yes the same happened to me, It doesn´t matter how much I progress, I always start at the same checkpoint; I realized that this happens when you close the game by a way that is not the menu or you lost the connection, like when you dashboard. But I don't know how to solve it I tried many things, I hope they fix it soon.
