Xbox lag online

I'm getting really bad lag on xbox online when I play its almost unplayable any help would be much appreciated.

Yes I've checked the broadband to xbox and tested the broadband last night everything was spot on

Does that go up dramatically before connecting to a game or do you catch games that are under 60ms

I've just hit one that was 32ms is that good?

what your experiencing is most likely crap servers where are you located area wise
