IIs there a difference in graphics between CoD4 and Ops2?
What graphic card is needed to play Ops2?
Is an NVIDIA GeForce GT 440 sufficient?

There's a lot of difference between COD4, and BO2, so here are the specs for both games...

Minimum Specs for COD4:
CPU: Intel Pentium 4 2.4 GHz; Intel Core 2 Duo E4300 or AMD Athlon 64 2800+; AMD Athlon 64 X2 3600+
Memory: 512 MB RAM (768 MB for Vista)
Hard Drive space: 8 GB of free space
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce 6600 128 MB or ATi Radeon 9800 Pro 128 MB
Sound: 100% DirectX 9.0c compliant card
Network: Internet or LAN connection required for multiplayer

Minimum Specs for BO2:
Operating system: Windows Vista (Service Pack 2) or Windows 7; (Windows XP not supported)
CPU: Intel Core2 Duo E8200 2.66 GHz or AMD Phenom X3 8750 2.4 GHz
Memory: 2GB for 32-bit OS or 4GB for 64-bit OS
Hard drive space: 16GB
Graphics hardware: Nvidia GeForce 8800GT 512 MB or ATI Radeon HD 3870 512 MB

So GT 440 is the minimum?

I have a Predator G3600, there should be room for a second graphic card...is such a thing possible?

Ok, so GT 440 is not enough.
If I install a second GT 440, can they work together like a better graphic card?

Only if both cards are "crossfire" powered. In other words, if it's not Crossfire-compatible, it won't work.

My recommendation is to get a better graphics card, especially if you want to play Call of Duty Ghosts.
