I've recently lost my account, somehow got hacked and my COD account was unlinked from everything, which resulted in my stats and rank/weapons etc being reset.
Recently I managed to finally get a reply from Activision support via the ticket system, but last night after they replied, the option for me to reply to their question/message has disappeared, so I now have an open ticket that I can't reply to, and a Call of Duty account that I can't use...
Apart from restarting the process and opening another ticket, is they're anything I can do to get their attention again and pickup the conversation where it was left at?
