Advanced Warfare Error, Needing help!

I have a problem! I am using steam to play COD AW, so I went to the Multiplayer Mode and I pressed Play online and it took forever to load something but what it loaded was an error saying that the servers aren't available and I looked up different ways to do it and it wont work! any other suggestions?

Either you have a plugin that prevents you from playing online, or just re-install the game. Did you download all of the patches up until that point?
