Any theories on these lag spikes??

I frequently get what I believe to be lag spikes only when I play MW. I'm not sure where they come from but they are frequent and they're annoying as hecc. Below are my specs on my PC, and a gyazo of the issue I'm having. All my drivers and software are updated and I've tried re-installing MW already.

Lag switches seem to have become popular all of a sudden.
