Warzone battlepass

I got sent to these forums by anticheatagent on another post about my battlepass..I bought it when it 1st came out and I'm level 42 now but everything still locked..the game said there was a problem but purchase went through..what can I do..thanks

Check you CoD Points balance, it is possible that you added your points to your account and then when the game encountered an error it didn't deduct from your balance to complete the purchase.

No theres nothing there..when I bought it
it said there was a problem with the store but don't worry you have successfully purchased the battlepass

For the record, Jack is on a Console.. I am not sure whether the Battle Pass is different on a Console then on a PC.. I have had instances where a notice that says UNUSED TIERS or something like that under the BATTLE PASS menu header in the lobby..

When I click on BATTLE PASS, there is that same UNUSED TIERS / ?? on the left side of the screen in the middle... I click on that and it counts out the tiers that have not been unlocked..

Jack doesn't have that so I sent him here.. I have seen a couple posts here that have the same issue..
