Does anyone know how to solve this graphicall bug?

Is that on a PC monitor? Bit more info please. If it is a monitor you could try several things. Roll back or install new drivers with a clean install. You could try a different monitor if you have that option and if it is like that for everything on the computer and not just a game. If it is a monitor you could also check to see if the .inf file for the monitor is up to date.

Since this appears to be a game issue I would suggest doing a scan and repair of the game files or even a full reload of the game. At the same time or first, update everything on your laptop as much as possible. Sometimes even just turning it off and then back on after a couple of minutes can do wonders.
List the specs of your laptop too please so that we have a better idea of what sort of specs you are working with.
