Can't play multiplayer for the regular game.

I'm not sure what is going on I have reinstalled the entire game onto my PlayStation 4 I have made sure that all of the downloads were done and it's still telling me every time that I go to the multiplayer section 4 Modern Warfare it says installation suspended for install multiplayer but I can't find it anywhere on my system as being something that I have to you know that was telling me to do it and I've done the update and everything else and it's still telling me that the installation was suspended even though I had plenty of space and I made sure that it was put in there properly.

Hi splat_74, my system, both PS4 and PS5 Modern Warfare are doing the same thing. I have tried everything. Were you able to fix yours and how? Thanks
