Character movement

I am attempting to find out which company was responsible for the movement of characters in Vanguard and Cold War. In both titles the movement was very unrealistic and spoiled my enjoyment. I want to be sure they have no part in the upcoming MW2.

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War was lead by Treyarch.
Call of Duty: Vanguard was lead by Sledgehammer Games.
But both had the backing of Activision's subsidiaries. Now, the reason why both games had a lot of glitches is because they were held back from an argument when Cold War was just about to be released. How Black Ops Cold War came about was LAST minute. Yup.

Sledgehammer Games and Raven Software had a HUGE argument, enough that Activision stepped in and said "ENOUGH!" And brought Treyarch as lead for the year. Technically, both games had TWO years development cycles, rather than Activision's new 3 year development system, where the final year is about polish.

That's what happened.
