Cheating in MW3

Cheating is so far out of hand it will end up killing this game. Every single game you get a lobby that averages nearly the same but then theres that ONE SINGLE person that goes over the average by 3-4x. The aim assist is hiding most of the cheaters but when a person in Hard Core can be level 4 and at half way through the match hes at 78 kills and doesnt get banned the game is done for. Same player did this in 4 matches I saw him in today. Another match dude ended with 84 and 3 deaths at level 26 with an unmodded weapon and of ocourse all anyone said was "not a big deal". They dont hide it anymore, they know they will not be banned. It is so blatant its ridiculous.
Then you get controller players who can be running in front of you and flip 180 faster then the eye can see and 1 shot headshot no matter the range with no UAV and of course no minimap as its HC. Knowing every single position of every single player no matter what you do. Now I have played on controller and no way you can change directions that fast so here we go with Cronus etc.

Now I am sure I will hear the "get better" or whatever which a whole other problem in this game. People standing up and defending blatant cheaters. I mean are we at the point where even game cheaters must be allowed to cheat because they identify as a cheater?

Every single game cheaters yet these devs have all this time to put out paid ornaments every single day nearly. Just cant believe gamers have become so pathetic they roll over and accept its overrun with cheaters. Sickening to think that the entire gaming industry is collapsing from cheating or charging left right and upside down,

Until the players solely focus on the cheating problem all demanding a solution, they will never worry about it or invest a single penny.

I want to know how pathetic and how much of a loser you have to be to cheat on a video game! It's a video game. Must be a lot of pathetic armchair warriors that only gets satisfaction in cheating.

my new fav looser cheater is having a second account on resergance and some how get him on another team,leave him prone on your squad he never moves .falls to the ground and prones the min later a player is quietly hunting you since he has a player on your sq and knows where you are,sounds crazy to go threw that much trouble but when your underground listening to him brag to his sq,running around above you .knowing your tag its clear as day

Cheating will always be a problem for a few reasons:

1. MS/Activision don't have the balls to use hardware bans anymore.
2. YouTubers & the whitelist. If they go hard on regular cheaters then when one of their YT shills gets exposed then they're going to look bad
3. Cost. Cheat developers will always find a way around anti-cheat. To combat that they need to pay a squad of their own devs to continually develop A/C. Work that will warrant top dollar so the more devs they assign to it, the more they cost.

I know the next bit is going to sound a bit tinfoil hat, but it wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if the game devs didn't have fingers in the pies of the cheat software. Easy to earn side money if you're already familiar with the game and A/C software code.

Cheating will always be a problem for a few reasons:

1. MS/Activision don't have the balls to use hardware bans anymore.

Not really disagreeing with you, but there's actually "hardware bans" in Call of Duty's SBMM. The problem is, it causes false positives. Some people got banned for arbitrary, stupid reasons. It's all over YouTube. But it's Microsoft that needs to take the mantle and fight these people. Activision is the one that turned from "I want this done" to "eh, let them go." I just think we're in the middle of the bridge where Microsoft would need to come in and say "cut the bullshit." Microsoft spent YEARS fighting cheaters in general.

Now, where the non-disagreement is that Microsoft has also been fighting against their own people, their own customers, their own consumers. I vaguely saw a video where they outlined a methology of fighting against customers. Yes, their own customers.

Well, this "whitelist" shouldn't be an issue, my issue with it, is that Activision doesn't realize that some of these "shills" have cheat software on purpose, not the accidental ones (video embedded for proof.)

And agreed. In fact, I think Activision is encouraging it. Now there's a civil war inside the actual game. Cheaters hacking cheaters. Eeek. I wouldn't want to be the cheater/hacker right now in CoD.

The good developers are long gone from the company. The developers they have now are losers that re-use old code that have been most likely exploited so hacker just laugh every time they release a new game because they re-use the same code

Someone should start a class action case. A player signs the agreement not to use cheats before the game account is activated.
I am on disability and low income. I play to pass the time away. For me to spend the $$$ on the game, the Battle-Pass, only to struggle and fight against cheaters is not right.
Activison does not honor their agreement of dealing with cheaters.
