Warzone COD runs so bad in PC

So i have this characteristics of my pc:

AMD Radeon R7 Series

AMD Fx 8350 eight-core

Ram 16gb

I haven't played games for a while but I used to play games like BattleField or Dark Souls II with excelent graphics... and now that I've installed Warzone, and played like 4 matches I realized that runs me like crap, poor FPS (less than 30 in game) everything to minimum. I've tried to overclock my PC and other things but I'm pretty sure thats not the solution (cause never done that to play a game). So my question is, Do I need to change my graphics or processor? Or is it just the game? I wanted to play this game with good fluidity, but playing with low FPS is making impossible to the experience. If someone could help me I apreciate that.

Your processor should handle it easily, what GPU are you running?

When I installed the game the default settings were ok in terms of frame rates. I turned some of the quality settings up and turned off any blur options which got me higher frame rates.

The game recommends the best AA settings, but if you have an nVidia card, GeForce Experience helps optimise the settings for you.

Oops, sorry, just seen that you did say your GPU is a Radeon 7 series card, AMD has a similar utility to GeForce Experience as well, I forget what it's called though, but it should have optimization options on it.

Also make sure you have the latest drivers, this game is very fussy about what version of drivers it will run with.

Try reducing your resolution to 720p.

I haven't watched this yet, but check out this guide, it might prove helpful. I'm going to play now, but I'll watch it tomorrow.
