Activision and Co. took off the curtains and unveiled their new DLC pack called "Customization Items." It allows you to edit certain parts of your Call of Duty: Ghosts character. Everything from clothing, to customizable weapons, to customizable shields, and "playable characters."

First feature(s) are "Personalization Packs." Just like Black Ops 2, where you could edit your weapons with personalized color patterns, stylized reticles, and player patch. In addition, you get player card, and background for your soldier.

They are:
- Ducky Pack
- Circuit Pack
- Inferno Pack
- Space Cats Pack

Second feature is "Special Characters." You are now able to play as...

- Elias
- Hesh
- Merrick
- Keegan

And finally, and not the least, the third feature is "Legend Pack." You now can play as the iconic, the legendary Captain Price in Call of Duty: Ghosts multiplayer matches!

It's out on Xbox Live for Xbox 360 & Xbox One owners.

Exactly my thoughts. Never bought 'm. It doesn't really improve the gameplay or anything.
I really like the idea of being able to play as past favorite characters and use crazy camos and have unique player cards, but it shouldn't be something we have to pay for. It definitely adds to the game and people may argue that someone had to get paid to design those. The truth is that a lot of games past, present, and future have included easily double to triple the camos in most call of duty games. The thing is that they know they can get money from people that never play anything else and have no clue that other games may have more or better options. This is a huge problem with Call of Duty and its fan base and it's why I expect to see more customization packs in the future.
