Cold War Zombies missing assets

Whenever I load into mauer der toten everything seems normal except there is no music there are no voices of the characters, and there are no pictures of the characters in their little boxes. There are also parts of the map that just do not load in and are just bottomless voids.
Does anyone else have these issues? If so, is there a fix? If it helps I’m on series X
