Warzone Connectivity ?

I’m new to COD.
Bought PS 4 and COD game on July 2 2020.
While playing multi player or Battle Royal , I sometimes get “kicked “ out of the game and I have to restart my PS 4 to get back on.
The problem is I can’t get back into the game I was playing , leaving my quads , a trio , and the guys are 1 man down.
I’ve in installed/ re installed.
Checked the network connection.
Below is the message displayed on my screen.
If anyone has any ideas or has had similar issues, please let me know

Did you buy the PS 4 new? If not, that could be why it was sold, If your using WIFI, Try and connect to Ethernet see if its doing the same thing. Or Vise Versa, whatever the one your using

Have you tried playing other games to see if you have similar network issues. Does your phone routinely drop connection randomly a few times throughout the day? What kind of internet do you have - "Checked the network connection" is vary vague.

Nope, you're not the only one, I even turned my phone over and checked the bottom of my shoes, I don't see a message below anything, around me, or even on my screen.

I'd like to know what has been done to 'check the network connection', clearly there is 1 as this message was posted but that tells us nothing about the quality of service.

Try running a test through speedtest.org to see your download, upload, ping, and jitter measurements, just to be sure it has nothing to do with your end, but it wouldn't surprise me if this was a server issue.

Game and console were bought new.
Ethernet was also tried yet I would still get kicked off.
I have 3 total PS 4 s in the house and have played COD with the 2 boys at once .
The other two PS 4s haven’t had an issue.
My thought is not internet but either the game itself or the console.
I have un installed and re installed and that did not solve the issue.
The issue is periodic and un predictable .
The past week, I have not had any issues so I’m hoping some of the latest updates will solve the issue.
