I'd say the guard dog. Having a dog with you, to watch your back is mind easing, plus it gets you some kills too.

Yep have to go for the dog as well. Always nice to hear a bark or two.

The way they made the satcom is nice, since especially in Black Ops II the UAV seems so easy and rewarding. Not saying it's my favorite, but I like the stacking feature.
My favorite wasn't in the poll. It's the Night Owl, a support killstreak. If you've never used it it's awesome. It's a little flying trophy system ball with a radar on it, it tells you if there are any enemies within a close radius of you (that don't have the hide from radar perk...whatever it's called) and it deflects explosives like a boss. I use to run it in TDM all the time and go from like 10 kills and 5 deaths to getting it (I believe it's a 10 kill support killstreak or something like that) to like 27 and 9. Pretty crazy killstreak.
