Always on the look out for Red Key Cards.. Very rarely do I get them.. Hit the Nuke Park bunker and found TWO!!!! Red Key Cards.. What are the odds!!?? 
Unfortunately, you can only carry one at a time.. 
On another note, I always thought that the RKCs were only available in the LEGENDARY (Orange Glow) boxes.. In an earlier round today, I found one in just a regular (Blue Glow) box... Like I said.. Feast or famine..
