One of the programs we run to facilitate connecting to someone elses desktop for support. Well installing it the other day ( I wish like hell I had screen shot it) there was a pop up that suggested clicking button "Get help" it would connect you to a support member for them to chat with them for help.
I immediately thought of that "bit" and this thread
