So many people are using 3rd party programs to 1st in the game that it is literally causing instability issues. I've never played a game where people are so desperate to win to the point of cheaters fighting cheaters to the point the game stutters/rubber bands so bad. Far more prevalent in solo BR. Does Activision even give AF?

Have you tried checking your ISP. Maybe try go into c: promt. Type ping www.msn.com -t ... hit enter watch and see if your ping/latency/ms is staying close # to each other if your bouncing around saying timing out, you might want to call your ISP. IF your on PC or have a pc to check your ISP
