help needed

when cod is searching for a game and it says connecting or u can press b to go back , if u press b it freezes the game complety and have to boot again any ideas what the problem can be , has reinstalled cod , reset internet also freezes the main screen sometimes so u wont see anything but the gear at the back of the screen , no menus nothing , any help would be appreciated

I am getting the same thing when I go into a menu such as weapons or modify my existing weapon etc., and then press B to come out of it. The screen locks up and no button pressing on the controller can unfreeze it. I have to close the game down and reboot the game.

I am playing on an Xbox Series X. I tried deleting persistent BlueRay memory but still does it more than once in a game session. Been happening since the last update.

i am the same playing on series x , screen locks when searching for games then sometimes will black death so have to restart console , i have factory reset internet and console and taken cod game off and put back on just the same outcome
