How do I actually get help from support?

New to CoD forums but I'm outta patience on this. My account was banned from all CoD MWIII servers. Have NO idea why. I have only had one email account for this and one userID. I have tried at least 10 support tickets to get help. I get the same canned responses... we need you to log in from the affected account (which I don't know and they won't tell me), or worse, the endless click on these links which will send you to sites that will error out or not work.

Is there any customer care with the support at Activision or is all of the time and money invested in this game essentially flushed because nobody will help me?

If this is not a new topic an I get slammed for not searching, well, TFB, I need to vent. Looking for any suggestions.

I’ve encountered same scenario, I’ve been hacked by a PC user that’s using my account when I’m not on . They play ranked matches that I’ve never played. I got kicked from a game while playing and it said I couldn’t play multiple games with same account . Tried getting Activision to investigate but got a reply that my account isn’t hacked but it still being used !!
