I have a proposition..

Firstly, i take a shotgun, and give the developers (seen as they believe strongly enough in this process, as they have left it in the past 4 games) a knife. They then stand around 10 feet away. We then begin a fight to the death. They believe person with a knife can take two shotgun shells (not all of the shrapnel, but what does go in would cripple anyone that it didn't kill instantly) can still plunge a knife hard enough to kill someone.

Seriously though, couldn't they put some sort of stun on the melee attack if shot.
 
Have you noted that even the machine guns have the same ratio distance/accurate that a sniper rifle?
If you point to a position where you "think" (because you can't even see him) there is an enemy and start to fire, you will kill him. No air deviation, no lack of thrust, etc.
The programmers need to know a little more about the factors that happen in a long distance shot.
 
also, destructable enviroments would be good... it can be done, i have seen ps2 games with total enviroments that can be changed and altered to the liking of the players. also BC2 has it. limited as it may be its still there..
 
i love the gameplay of BC2. its so realistic. call of duty has its own perks but personally i would like to see treyarch throw in a map in one of the dlc's that has no killstreaks, but is bigger than any other map in any previous call of duty game. and since it has no killstreaks, maybe something like battlefield. like they should put a tank spawn in the middle of the map for the two teams to fight over. but it cant be so much that the tank would be overkill. what are your thoughts on them adding something like this?
