I logged on today to start playing the new update, and I come on and my rank has been reset to level one, all of my guns and classes are the same, and I have been unable to progress at all, after playing 2 games I am still at 0 xp earned. I never got any notification saying that I was being reset. Has anyone else seen or heard of this happening?

In the last update did you click "yes"?
there was no yes to click
In the last update, if you run into a dialogue that asks if you'd like to reset your stats, and you pressed yes, what you experienced is related to that. So, if you or someone else in your household did it... contact Activision's Assist Twitter account.
If you didn't, then, you still need to contact ActivisionAssist.
I restarted my game and got my level back
It's weird, I've been getting similar fluctuation. My rank wasn't reset, but some parts were going up, and down. Career level 56, then 150, then 234, then back down to 150. It's weird.
However, with the new Season Two update, we should not have this issue anymore.
