PSN Missing headshots for challenges

I am trying to get gold on the pdw, but the headshot count is stuck at 48. I played a game and got 6 headshots, but it didn't change... What can I do?

It'd be nice to know the platform you're talking about. But my answer would be this: Every time you finish a match, stay in the same lobby until you've got into the next lobby. Mostly because the game sends info from your system to the server, and then the server saves it and updates your profile to reflect what you did.

Secondly, when you make headshots, look for the headshot symbol - that's when the game registers it as headshot. All other headshots, like those "close to the neck" shots? Those don't really register.

I play on ps3. When I look at recent matches on cod elite, it says that I got headshots, and I have only used the pdw.

Hm. Sounds like a job for Activision to fix. Because if CODElite is registering them as headshots it should raise the number of headshots. Try resetting the PS3, play the game as normal, and lets see what happens. There's a miscommunication problem between PSN/CODElite and the actual COD servers.

Can I upload screenshots from cod elite on the computer? Would that help?

Go to Activision support and tell them about this problem - http://support.activision.com/

Go to http://www.callofduty.com and log in, go to your Elite page, press "Print Screen" and open up your favorite photo editing software, find "paste" and it'll show up - now save it, and send that to Activision support.
