Missing Rank skins

I’ve unlocked ranked lvl 5 and unlocked a calling card and 4 skins.
Where are they?! I can’t see them in the operators tab.
I thought maybe I’d get them after the season but I’ve seen other players with the skin equipped. Anyone else had this issue or am I just being dumb here?

I have exactly the same problem. Also equied ranked skins in warzone. Then I changed it again to have same skin as my friend and then all the skins were locked again. It still says I am ranked 5 and in ranked mode I have the skins equiped but are locked and cant select other one. What to do, what to do...
