MULTIPLAYER GLITCHING OUT

I can join search lobby's no problem but when a buddy joins he screen will glitch out on the main menu switching between all the different games then ill back out and it will be fine and put him back at the lobby screen and same thing if he hosts its ok for him but then glitches out for me

does anyone know what's going on it was fine a day or 2 ago!

Only time it works is when I'm by myself no one in a party

The same thing. This starts when the lobby leader starts searching for a match.
