Does anyone have the same feeling that COD MW2 multiplayer ps5 controller haptic feedback is quite weak (When you walk around and stop and make turns, there is no haptic feedback at all) compared to COD Cold War Multiplayer ps5 controller haptic feedback? There seems no way to adjust it.

You need to remember that PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X both launched in 2020. Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War was released 2020, and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II was released 2022.

Sony co-developed the game(s) to teach them how the haptic feedback is coded to work. So, I don't think its out of the ordinary that one works better than the other. Modern Warfare III has it in better condition. I just played campaign, and haptic feels good.

The thing is Cold War Multiplayer has a much better haptic support than MW II Multiplayer which was released two years later. I find it really weird.

I think it's to mitigate battery life, and the frequency of the haptic. The rumble that it gives off can numb your hands, especially if you have a assault rifle. I'd argue Resident Evil 4 got gun haptics right. It feels like an actual gun, and not just a motor. For example when you're shooting an AK47 variant, it feels like another assault weapon. They all feel similar with some variation.

The haptic triggers are also a problem down the road. When we were buying PlayStation 5, a bunch of kids were buying new controllers, but I attribute that to the kids not being careful.

Because that controller is heavy, bro. Its not like you gonna throw it somewhere. Which I think is what THEY did... but adults using it? It's gonna be the usage of haptic.
