No match found

I can’t connect to a match.
I could play in season two, but have not been able to connect in season 3. I have verified the game and reinstalled it several times.
Any ideas?

Uhmmmm any chance you have been banned maybe? You can check this at Activision Support. If nothing else, by checking you will know if this is the reason or not.

Or restart the game, wait for in-game updates, and find matches.

Unfortunately, Activision made it that much harder to contact them. That's why you're here. No forums, no support page, and when there's a support page, it's either a loop of info, or they don't respond.

Thanks for responding. I’m trying to help my son fix his game, it is very frustrating that he has payed quite a lot of money for this game and now he can’t play it and we can’t get in contact with anyone that can help Do you know if there is anywhere we can stream his screen and get help/support?

The short answer is no. May change in the future, but the short and straight answer is no. Microsoft owns Activision, sooooo..... yeah, I dunno.
