No puedo jugar al mwiii

Hola gente a ver si podéis ayudarme.

Tengo el juego en físico y desde hace unas semanas intento entrar en el COD mwiii y me manda a la PlayStore a comprar el juego multigeneración.

He reiniciado licencia, he borrado e instalado cuatro veces ya (desde CD, desde PlayStore). Me he puesto en contacto con Activision y no me han ayudado. Su último consejo que reinicie de fábrica la play... '

¿A alguien le ha pasado o le está pasando y ha encontrado solución?

Hey everyone, I'm hoping you can help me.

I have the physical game, and for a few weeks now I've been trying to access COD mwiii, and it sends me to the Play Store to buy the cross-gen game.

I've reset the license, deleted, and installed four times now (from CD, from Play Store). I've contacted Activision, and they haven't helped. Their last piece of advice is to factory reset the PlayStation...

Has this happened to anyone else, or is it happening to anyone else, and have they found a solution?
