Pop up banner in multiplayer while playing ?

I get this pop up while playing multiplayer can anyone please help me to stop this as it is very annoying... Thanks in advance...

Thank you however I am using X Box Series X, this is so annoying to pay for a game and get pop ups, it is distracting while playing as I am a disabled veteran with vision problems...
