like adobe photo shop ive alredy got that and thats cool if you can use that to do it ill just have to master it nice one if thats all ya need
Photoshop is all you'll need, it's the tool of the trade! It just takes a while to get familiar with everything as there is so much you can do.
It might be worth searching for photoshop sig tutorials or something, one of my personal favourite tutorial sites is Psdtuts+ | Adobe Photoshop tutorials, from beginner to advanced. (Most of it is free!) you can learn a lot there!

You can also try out GIMP. It's free software and is easy to use. If you got the $ though, definitely go with Photoshop.
