Warzone Storm Is Coming... Russian Distress Call

Playing PLUNDER early this morning.. Display went fritzy around the edges and there was a Russian Distress Call... Anyone else hear it??

Also, I noticed a freighter off the south coast of Verdansk about a week ago.. Never noticed it before.. Few days ago, a lightning storm appeared.. This morning it appeared to getting closer to the coast..
