Synching game files issue

Hey! With BO6 and mw3 I've had an issue where at the title screen it will say synching game files. Once that is done the screen is much darker than usual. This also happens if I hit the guide button on the controller. Does anyone know a fix for this? Sometimes at random the synching game files message wont come up and the game remains fine but once that message pops up the game screen is much faster. Thank you in advance for any info
