I have asked Activision about this problem and they said my accounts are linked so it should work, so they didnt find an answer so far.
Ok heres my problem I have purchase and installed MWII on my PC when it came out a few weeks ago, but the PC specs are not really up to it with lagging bombing out etc, so rather then buy a better PC I have also purchase the game for my Xbox Series X but when i go to play it I have to login to play online but it comes up with the error " Account could not be linked because that Activision account is already linked to a differnet account of the same type etc etc" see attached screen shot.
Now I have already checked on youtube and seen the videos that tell you how to Link & merge accounts and have done as it says to do and it already said my accounts for the PC and xbox are all linked.
So I am hoping someone here has worked how to solve this problem please ?
