Since season 4 started, my usb mouse disconnects randomly ONLY when in matches. It's as if I unplug & plug it back in right away. Never happened any of the previous seasons.

Warzone USB disconnects in warzone

What else has happened since the update? ie... Windows updates, new hardware, etc...
If you open Device Manager and look at your mouse settings, do you see a yellow exclamation mark?
Have you tried updating your mouse drivers in device manager after this started?
If you connect your mouse to your PC via a hub, what happens if you connect it directly?

No updates, no new hardware.
Device manager is clean.
The mouse is part of a keyboard/mouse combo by Coolermaster, the Devastator 3. Just generic drivers.
I have tried the usb ports that are directly on the motherboard and the usb ports on the top of the case. Same thing.

This is ONLY happening in warzone, never happens at any other time.
Also ONLY affects the mouse & not the usb keyboard.

You're probably getting hacked because you're too good at the game. Someone has noticed you and hacked into your computer and disabled you mouse.
It happened to me all the time forcing me to buy a new mouse back when I was playing Dota 2 heavy. They knew I was a huge problem for the other team so they had to resort to cheating and taking my mouse from me. Or maybe my mouse was slowly going bad.

Ya, it's not the first part as my kd is .87. As for the mouse going bad, it would be noticeable at anytime and not just in one game.
