Here are some of the thoughts ive had over the last few weeks in no particular order.

Why Is there no effective anti cheat?
- There isn’t, don’t believe the BS - there is no anti cheat on any platform that works
Why can’t you switch off Aim Assist to screw the Cronus Zen Crowd
Why are you turning COD Warzone into an Arcade gun
Why are the guns across the releases not balanced
Why are Vanguard Guns so overpowered and why no recoil
Why has Raven stopped engaging with its audience - you released a poor game with Pacific that had a lot of faults so don’t get strop when people have a go…. That is no excuse to not engage..
Why am I continually matched by the game with players that dont speak my language
Why are their so many performance issues with the game - lag, unexpected crashing etc
Why can’t I play console players only and just exclude PC players when switching cross play off
Why can’t the game recognize when someone is using a full auto mod or controller with to make pistols full auto or semi auto weapons full auto
Why as an example in Plunder when players quit - why does the game not give the remaining players in a fireteam anything to offset the fact they are people down
Why aren’t quitters punished - 10 min suspension or longer if people quit repeatedly
Why doesn’t Activision / Sony / Microsoft do anything with the language heard in the game - sexist, racist, homophobic etc etc why can’t they clamp down on it - a lot of kids play the game - they shouldn’t as it’s an 18 age rating but the platforms do nothing about that either - so let’s make an effort to clean it up
Why can’t Raven deliver a fair / balanced game where the best team win on merit

i know I’m whining but the game is hard work right now, it seems like cheating in all it’s forms is rife in the game, it just isn’t a fun experience

It's early, that's why. Ricochet isn't fully matured, yet. Hell, people are getting banned regardless of new [PC] hardware.

Why can’t you switch off Aim Assist to screw the Cronus Zen Crowd

Because it's not easy to detect. The device is doing the "modification," not the code. Same goes for scuf controllers that were using turbo.

Why are you turning COD Warzone into an Arcade gun

What are you talking about? Call of Duty has ALWAYS been a arcade shooter, going all the way back to Call of Duty 4.

Why are the guns across the releases not balanced

What I said in another post: "As far as the glitches go, they confirmed (go into that video, it's in there) that the integration caused bugs to pop up on another side of the game, then when they fixed the bug, it pops up over there, it's just a mess."

Because they're working on the game, and people are just ragging on them constantly. Maybe if people were more CONSTRUCTIVE with their criticism of the game, they'd respond better. Its the same damn reason why the forums are shut down. It's obvious. This site is the last resort for Call of Duty fans because I don't censor people based on their thoughts, only rules.

You aren't matched by your language, you are matched by skill, hence the controversy over SBMM (Skill Based Matchmaking).

Scroll up for the answer. It's not easy to detect turbo controllers. On stock controllers, when you hold the trigger, it already does "auto."

Microsoft is clamping down on this on their Xbox Live service. However, once Microsoft completes the acquisition of Activision, you can expect this to go global across the network. Microsoft is a software company, so I don't foresee this going beyond what it is now.

Carlos Thanks for your reply but allow me to respond with some more thoughts

Ricochet was not a new anti cheat service it was/is an established service that was put in to bring positive results - how much time do you give for it to mature - 7 months is a lot of time to find your feet and not appear to be effective - part of the issue is that the game is free to play - a cheat gets banned so creates a new account within 10 minutes and he’s back up and running with the same cheats that got him banned. we should be taking a harder stance to cheating including banning the hardware of cheaters - the terms of the game we all sign up to allows this And this would drive a change of behavior

on the Cronus Zen / aim assist - I know the hardware well as Cronus is not new it’s existed for years originally to allow you to use different peripherals on not compatible hardware - now With the scripts you can add to a zen or other hardware devices it takes the built in aim assist and multiplies it 100 times that’s why you get the circular sticky motion of your aiming mark. Switch it off and there is no point to a hardware cheat

on the turning the game into an Arcade game - in my eyes Warzone games developed by infinity ward and Raven have never been Arcade games they have always required a level of skill to master the different characteristics of each gun, snipers were not just jumping into the air, firing in someone’s direction and getting a kill as is the case now - but In my eyes again ever since the Vanguard 84 map went live the game has been on a downward spiral culminating in Pacific which is / was sub standard because it was not tested prior to release to the level That other games had been - Vanguard introduced Weapons With zero recoil - why else would you do this - Vanguard guns are massively over powered compared to the rest of the Warzone arsenal which I understand as you want to sell the game but at some point you have to balance the gameplay surely

last point then will shut up - I get your point on the developer retreating because of the barrage of abuse/criticism etc fired there away and that’s a reflection on the audience - but you don’t walk away ever.
The game released was such poor quality - equally as bad as cyberpunk 2077 but there was silence from the developer and publisher. essentially the released product was the beta and the early adopters were the Guinea pigs - we know there were issues with the development team which didn’t help but rather than hold a poor product they took a decision and knowingly released a sub standard game and are still dealing with the after effects - Raven dropped their standards and have to accept the criticism that comes from that.

Regarding control over what is said over voice, I don't think that is possible unless they develop an AI program that listens to everything we say in game & listens for specific words.
Does discord ban users for something they say without someone reporting it first?

Remember when they had after match comms up and what people were saying?

How is a knife more powerful than a sniper rifle at 100m, or an lmg player spraying you, or a direct hit from a rocket launcher?

I can give you a more serious answer to this question.

If a soldier carrying a knife can get close enough to another soldier to be able to use that knife, then that person should be able to manage a one hit kill. In real life, having a knife cut open someone's neck or driven straight through their heart would most definitely lead to an almost immediate fatality, right? It's the same in this game.

The perk that lowers knife damage is the one where you stay alert enough to prevent someone getting close enough to hit you with their melee attack.
