Impossible play in Battlenet after update

Hi!

After yesterday's update, I can't play from Battlenet. Start the game, load some things and then black screen with the mouse cursor. I do hear the sound. I have reinstalled 3 times and everything is still the same. Anyone like me?

It seems an error with Activision accounts because i tested my account in another PC which the game its ok with another account and with my account the error is te same.

Looks more to me like a video driver issue. If you are fully up to date with your drivers then you will need to uninstall the driver and then reinstall again CLEAN. When you do any future driver updates then make sure that you select the CLEAN install option if it is available. I use an Nvidia card so I know that this option is always available and I always make use of it.

I dont know what card you use so consider this generic information but it should be an option for either video card of the two main cards.

When you dont use the CLEAN install then you a more likely to get a corrupt file(s) when it tries to overwrite with new coding.

Good luck and I hope this fixes your problem. The fact that your account does not work on a separate computer is strange and suggests that your account is messed up and you would have to check with Activision/Blizzard to see if there is an issue there. Doesnt seem like you are shadow banned or banned but check out all possibilities.

Is not a problem with my video issue. I have EVGA RTX 3080, I can play other games in ultra quality and this issue occurs with my account on any PC and on PS4
