Hello everyone!
Me and a few friends have been searching to no avail for a weekly Cod league to play and have found there seems to be very little out there for the casual player.
After a week of discussion and asking a few old clan we knew we have decided we would create our own Cod league for BOCW release. The idea is a league format with 6-10 teams in season . Playing 1 BO3 game a week which will be pre-arranged between captains the week previous. A selection of modes will be used but primarily CTF, Snd and Domination subject to new modes. Hopefully we will have a 4v4 and 6v6 league.
The aim of the league will be catered more toward players with jobs and commitments but need to scratch that competitive itch which is why it will only be 1 league game per week (Nothing to say you can't arrange friendlies midweek). The games also being pre-arranged will hopefully help those with other commitments play to a flexible schedule that suits them.
The league will be run through a discord server and at very least captains and vice captains should be in the discord to easily organise fixtures. We hope to make this as inclusive as possible to all skill levels and hopefully come season 2 we will have multiple divisions to ensure all teams get fair as possible games. There will be 1 game streamed each week by our streamer that will be commentated on so you can scout out the opposition.
We want to be careful on which clans will be allowed to enter as it's important we have reliable teams that can commit to a 6-8 week season and will not forfeit/rage quit mid season which could ruin the fun for everyone. This will mean you will be asked to complete a short application on the discord before being accepted.
